Trimod HE - Front View

Trimod HE

Trimod HE is a three-phase modular UPS built on PWM high-frequency double- conversion technology — delivering 10 to 80 kW from a reduced footprint that fits where conventional three-phase UPS systems simply don't. Its individual single-phase power modules are redundant and self-configuring, so the system always knows its own state and always optimises itself — without manual intervention. With 96% AC-AC efficiency (99% in ECO mode), THDi 3%, and an input power factor of 1, Trimod HE places minimal demand on the building's electrical infrastructure. Batteries are housed as sealed VRLA modules inside the UPS frame or in an external cabinet — and the whole system is managed via SNMP, Modbus, RS232, dry contacts, and integrated sensor management for temperature, humidity, and door access.

Modular Architecture That's Always One Step Ahead

Individual single-phase power modules are redundant and self-configuring — the system automatically detects its own configuration and optimises load distribution at all times. Add modules as demand grows; N+X redundancy scales with the rack, not against it.

Big Power, Small Footprint

Trimod HE delivers 10 to 80 kW from a chassis engineered for reduced floor space. Facilities that can't afford to sacrifice square metres for power protection get full three-phase modular UPS capability without the spatial overhead of a conventional frame.

Efficiency That Runs at 96% — Every Hour of Every Day

96% AC-AC efficiency and 99% ECO mode aren't peak figures — they're steady-state operational realities. With an input PF of 1 and THDi below 3%, Trimod HE draws exactly what it needs and returns almost all of it to the load, cutting energy waste and reducing downstream electrical demand.

Battery Management Built Into the Architecture

Sealed, maintenance-free VRLA batteries are arranged as modules inside the UPS frame or housed in an external cabinet — both configurations protecting against acid spills, gas release, and unplanned maintenance windows. Battery architecture is a design decision, not an afterthought.

Full Environmental Visibility Via Integrated Sensors

Temperature, humidity, and door access sensors are standard — feeding real-time data to the built-in sensor manager alongside UPS status. Ops teams get a single pane of glass for power and physical environment, reducing the number of monitoring tools and the number of surprises.

Wide Operating Range for Demanding Environments

A 320-460 V input voltage range, 45-65 Hz frequency tolerance, and 0-40°C operating temperature make Trimod HE resilient across variable power quality conditions — from well-regulated data centres to industrial facilities where the grid is less predictable.
